The past week, 8/31/2020 - 9/3/2020, has been both a fruitful experience and a glimpse into what my ISM experience will be like. Going into the week, I had no clue on what to exactly expect but I was determined to give my all to the work ahead of me. So as soon as our first Research Assessment was announced, I keened in on how I would approach this assignment and got straight to work. However, in all honesty, I was quite stressed with what I needed to do, because many of the search engines I used did not provide sources that would be applicable to the assessment at hand. Thankfully, Google Scholar had come to my rescue, and provided me with the perfect article which discussed details of what the film industry was like.
Going forth from here, I no longer hold so much worry as to what the ISM work load will be like, and I feel ready to take on the challenges of each assignment presented to me. I see these upcoming weeks filled with many more hardships, but I am very sure of myself that each obstacle will only provide me with a chance to grow in my career.
